Apr 15th - TBG Staging bugs Fixed

Apr 22nd (1 week approx, 2 weeks would be Apr 29th worse case) Webifyme.allizom.org staged

Apr 25th - WebQA starts

May 6th - WebQA finishes

May 9th - Go / No Go Decision

May 10th - Prod launch

Any slippage in critical path slips prod launch date

Any unaddressed blocker bugs will slip Go / No Go decision

Apr 24 - May 6th - Infrasec testing (4 days approx)

Apr 22nd - May 6th - Operations builds out prod environment (1 week approx)

Apr 18th - May 6th - L10n Estimate TBD (Apr 15th string freeze)

Triage as needed - TBG, Grace, Krupa, ozten

Apr 15th - May 6th - TBG fixing bugs which have been reported
