Stage 1: Definition

1. Feature overview

I can open fx10 in seconds. One day, fx opened in 30 seconds and a few dialogs and it was a big change in my day-to-day, because it updated to fx11, so I became curious to know what's new.

I had to google for "fx11 what's new" to know what's new and the first match says there's a Chrome Settings Importer in fx11, but it doesn't tell me where it is.

- if there isn't a Chrome Settings Importer at all, you trusted on somebody else to tell users what's new, but the trust failed.

- if there is a Chrome Settings Importer, you trusted on somebody else to tell me where it is, but the trust failed.

- if you don't tell me what's new, I'll probably take a long time to accidentally discover something in Preferences -> Advanced -> Update.

Update: First, I wrote this idea. Then, this idea landed! FINALLY!!!
