Getting to Whistler from Vancouver

  • Shuttles will run from the Vancouver airport (YVR) to Whistler on Monday, June 22. They’re scheduled based on your flight.
  • That means if you arrive on June 22, we have a seat for you.
  • If you arrive before June 22 and have not made other arrangements to get to Whistler, please plan to be at the airport between 10am and 5pm to board a shuttle.

Accommodation

  • By now you should have received a hotel confirmation in your inbox.
  • If you did not, please email mozilla@shworldwide.com and they can resend.
  • You’ll need to know your Whistler hotel when you arrive into YVR.

Schedule

Meals

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided and paid for by Mozilla.
  • Lunch on Tuesday and Thursday: boxed lunches will be available for you to grab as you leave the All Hands at 11am. Then eat wherever / whenever you want.
  • Lunch on Wednesday & Friday: lunch for those staying at the Delta will be served in the Whistler Conference Centre foyer, from 11:30am to 1:30pm.


Friday Night Party: dress warmly

  • There will be a big closing party on Friday night. The theme will be “lumberjack chic” -- what that means is up to you. :)
  • Bring a jacket. The party will be at the top of a mountain at 6,000 feet, so it could be chilly -- or even snow! Keep that in mind when considering your wardrobe.

MoFo participation in Science Fair

  • There will be a show and tell “Science Fair” on Tues June 23rd from 5-7pm at the Whistler Conference Centre.
  • MoFos will be demo-ing. Details are in the schedule: http://mzl.la/whistler_schedule
