Meeting Notes

• Recap and Update: What's been done since last meeting and where are we at in the Roadmap?
  • Contacting community leaders (1st task in Roadmap)
    • Workers on this task are Alina, Delphine, Julia and Falka
    • Find out if there is a register in mozilla listing all community leaders?
    • Alina knows some pp in different countries she can contact
    • Maybe it could be possible to check who are the more activist members in ml-> ask julia if she can see this as admin on ml
  • Internal survey/questionnaire and survey team
    • marianyka thinks we should have the survey team ready for next meeting so we can have the survey ready by the time Delphine and Julia contacted the leaders
    • teams will be finalized thanks to the document sent out on the ml by mariana
    • send mail on ml if doesn't progress quick enough
  • Webdesign Team
    • all ok, will keep us updated, anyone else can join team if wish but have their own communication channels
  • Aggregation of blogs on the WoMoz Blog, creation of a WoMoz Planet
    • ideally by next meeting moonmoon should be installed unless someone else thinks of a better way to aggregate our blog posts on the womoz blog
    • by next meeting we should at least have that
    • then we can ask who wants to be aggregated (we can ask on the ml, like for the womoz blogroll thing)
    • We're assuming the people who wanted to be in the blogroll will want to be aggregated too. We should ask on irc too
  • Call with David Boswell about the Newcomers Team
    • question on ml about seperate question and writing out text: it should be a persuasive paragraph
    • AlinaM thinks we can go more to evangelism, marketing, community building
    • this will be done by next meeting too
    • we should create our own section and add that inside, because they don't all exist yet. Talk about it on ml too
    • send mail on ml about David call next week: who wants to join?
    • before the call we can maybe work on a collaborative doc too to list the things we want to say/know, to list potential ideas, etc
    • Mariana wants to participate in call, w/ Alina too: keep them updated!
  • Video Interviews of Hispanic women: Gloria's Wiki page
    • make questions more general : to all European women, to all women
    • continue working on questions -> finished by next meeting
    • see if we can adapt the questions for all women, or at least all European women
    • say on ml Delphine added some things and incite for more feedback from others:Delphine will answer Gloria on the ml also because worked on it a little bit since she's sent it out
    • Mariana's idea, will write mail on ml tonight about it: it would be great to join Gloria's questions with the internal research. That way we'll have an excelent video to publish in our site! We could have a short and a long version for different uses. It's kind of recycling Luka's idea, Gloria's and the internal research. Let's recall the idea next meeting + marianyka will send mail tonight on ml
