Overview
Submitted videos should be 3-to-12-second-long personal, concise and true answers to the question of, "What is one way that the Net has changed your life?"
Videos can be in any language, and must be accompanied by a transcript of what is said in the video. If the video is not in English, then an English transcript must also be included.
Videos must be licensed under the Creative Commons ShareAlike license.
