P1 Update English articles for Fx 4

KB Freeze [2010-11-28]
KB Migration and 2.3 push [2010-11-30]
Support Firefox Day/KB Sprint to finish up localization [2010-12-02]

Audit and inventory all existing contributor documentation [2010-10-15]
- Decide what should be combined, deleted and updated. We'll work with Matthew and Cheng to do this for the Live Chat and Forum docs.
- Create a timeline for updating the docs
Complete drafts of new docs [2010-11-17]
Finalize docs [2010-11-24]
