  - need to prototype request from tbpl to couch to work around tbpl->bugzilla

Android Buildbot Integration - jmaher, ctalbert, bmoss
- found some Fennec updates that caused failures with our system, updates to Fennec and SUTAgent required.
- need to ensure all devices have the most up to date 2.2 OS on the tegra board.

Manifest for the manifest-less - jmaher, jhammel
- initial work for mozmill and xpcshell (bug 616999)
