• Mozilla (juanb): Fx6 Beta Merge is happening today; builds to be generated later in the day; updates will be generated later; shipping ETA: later in the week or early next week.
  • aurora->beta merge will happen a couple or so days after beta merge.

  • Updates: checked-in discovery pane tests. we needed to have two rounds of patches for nightly-aurora and beta-release
  • Finished patches for Places: Bookmarks and History. ready for r, then check-in
  • Started taking assignments for addons manager from the mozmill spreadsheet. have one patch ready
    • Discussed with anthony and established the new direction to follow: addons manager restart tests.
    • The mozmill spreadsheet with addons manager tests contains all litmus tests, we need to figure out which tests are a priority for automation, and furthermore, separate unclear/broken or not doable tests.

  • Weekly Status:
    • run BFTs, OS integration tests and daily smoke tests on all new devices (LG Optimus 2X P990, HTC Desire Z, Google Nexus S, Motorola Droid 2) daily results ; archive . Builds tested as follows: Smoketests on Aurora (weekly) on Nightly (daily), BFTs and OS Integration Tests on Nightly and BFTs on Aurora.
    • bug validation daily results ; archive  ; Commented bugs;
    • bug triage state of triaged bugs
    • run performance tests (all) against daily builds with the add-on (daily on aurora and nightly)(result are on server)
    • updated 6.0 tests in Litmus and other changed ones changes made here

    • Bug 666561 - No notification updates or fail to download update at nightly 06/23
    • Bug 666564 - Regression Using Quit menu does not save session state as expected
