The follow documentation will help you get your initiative started. At a minimum, the following items should be done for all Engagement initiatives to help improve success rates.

  1. Define Responsibilities
  2. Define participation
  3. Create a project hub
  4. Create tracking bug(s)
  5. Define milestones
  6. Define communication channels
  7. Schedule a kick-off meeting
  8. Update project hub with all items created above
  9. Communicate new initiative
