Notes

• L10n owner will be stas with mathjazz in a supporting role
• Not a good project for world-ready (because we're too far into the project)
• Would like to generate simple english, but could end up being a blocker. Will decide tomorrow.
• Timeline is do-able. Will need sting/html freeze by EOD Thursday so that Stas can prep for localizers on Friday, 10/28.
• Localizers will use svn and will be able to see their work on allizom.
• Final designs will be ready from EC1 later today

• williamr: draft email to L10N team explaining the project, timeline and logistics (stas will help)
• williamr to share final designs and copy from EC1 when they're available

• ckoehler to check on any security review needed for showing different messaging to returning users (cookie probably needed)
• ckoehler to check with SO on technical needs for adding overlay dialog, different messaging for returning users, and localization process for a static page
• ckoehler to have meeting with Ooyala today (10/25) at 1pm
