There are [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integrated_marketing_communications many different definitions of integrated marketing], but what we mean here is slightly different. This is more about the process by which the Engagement team on-boards, manages and communicates cross-functional initiatives. Regardless if we call them "waves", "initiatives", "campaigns", or "projects", we should be unifying the method of we deliver all of our great marketing initiatives.
