Arriving at lodging

We were unable to arrange for transportation between the airport and hotel in advance. Please plan to arrange your transport through taxi, keep your receipts, and submit them for reimbursement.

Reimbursement policy

We are able to reimburse for the following expenses:

transportation between CCU airport and Swissotel Kolkata,
visa fees

Please keep your receipts and deliver them to Jeff during the workshop. We'll be able to reimburse in either local currency (INR) or via PayPal.

Any additional expenses once in Kolkata are yours to cover (e.g., hotel room service, hotel laundry service, souvenirs, transportation around the city, etc.).
