MDN/Archives/New hierarchy

We're planning to reorganize MDN content to improve discoverability by creating a new and improved content hierarchy. You can see our proposed hiearchy on this Etherpad page.

The overall goal is to help make it easier for users to find the information they want, as well as to group related content together for maintenance purposes. This will also make it easier to produce "books" of related content for offline use.
