Arriving to the hotel

By bus: bus #88 has a stop just a couple hundred meters away from your hotel. Get on bus #88 after exiting the airport. You can usually buy a ticket from the driver. Approximately 30 minutes after leaving the airport bus stop, it should arrive at a stop called "Dailės akademija" (Academy of Arts). Exit the bus there, and go about 50 meters forwards, there will be a crossing near the beautiful red St. Anne's church. Cross the street there, and don't go along it anymore, instead, go deeper into the small street which starts at the crossing. When the street forks for the first time, take left to Šv. Mykolo. Keep going forwards until you exit to another street (Pilies). Take a left, and you should see Narutis just a few meters away on the left-hand side. Anyway, here's the map for you, and you can even click on it!

By taxi: cabs are waiting just outside the Airport exit. Be aware however that they may charge you more than they should, Just Because They Can™ (this part is to be verified and updated if necessary).

For those arriving to the train or bus station: you can find the best bus route on stops.lt, then follow the instruction for those arriving by bus above.

Getting from the hotel to the venue and back

In fact, this is quite straightforward, and it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to walk from A to B by foot. Here are the instructions: upon exiting the hotel, go straight ahead until you reach the first crossroads with the traffic lights. Cross the street and turn left. Go straight until you see another small crossroads. Cross the street, take a 60° turn to the right and cross the square diagonally. Turn slightly to the right again and go up the hill. When you see another traffic light, cross both the streets, but keep going in the same direction for another 50 meters or so. You should see an open gate there, go into the yard. You should start seeing Mozilla signs by then, so just follow these. Below is a map you can click on.

  - How does each l10n team prioritize their active projects?
- Leadership & succession
  - How does each l10n team structure locale/project leadership?
  - Does the team have a plan of succession? If so, what is it, where is it strong and where is it weak?
- Recruitment
  - Does your l10n team need more localizers?
  - If so, what has the team done to recruit and mentor new localizers?
  - What can be improved?
  - What has been successful in other l10n teams?
- Sustainability
  - Does the l10n team have linguistic resources (e.g., Firefox glossary, style guide, etc.) to sustain the project?
  - If yes, how did they create them? Would they be willing to mentor other teams to create their own?
- Localizer recognition
  - Does the l10n team feel like they receive enough recognition from Mozilla for their efforts?
    - What form of recognition is most appreciated?
  - Does the l10n team provide recognition to outstanding members of the team?
