Apps Product Delivery Meeting

Launch Market Consumer Preview to an early adopter audience for Windows, Mac OS and Android platforms with new UX flows(Justin, Bryan, Bill)
Launch Market Beta to developers, including support for in-app payments with new UX flows(Justin, Bryan, Bill)

5 premier launch partners signed up
100+ tier 1,2 apps listed in the market
10K independent developers in the market with at least 25% submitting an app
IT and supporting services infrastructure in production to support above.(Justin, MCoates)
Product direction and strategy set for iOS (Jennifer, Ragavan)

- Consumer Beta launch plans being readied:
- Mainstream launch -- need to kick off larger discussion about size of promotion
- Prepared Marketplace marketing plans slides for BD team
- Awaiting timeline and deliverables from PR team on Apps Messaging
- Value Props:
- Developer still is 98% baked after the work week
- User still not 100%. Stake holders agreed we need to see more of the consumer facing side of the product to see how much added value there is for the user on the marketplace itself e.g. discoverability.
