We don't have a fixed agenda yet, but in general the following is planned:

Discuss the remaining features for 1.0
Explore improvements to our QA with possible automation techniques
Plan life after 1.0: What should we focus on? What new exciting features do we want to implement?
Find ways to recruit more people for the Calendar Project. Your help is needed!
If a lot of first-time vistors join, we may even offer a hands-on workshop!
