The follow documentation will help you get your initiative started. At a minimum, the following items should be done for all Engagement initiatives to help improve success rates.
- Define Responsibilities
- Define participation
- Create a project hub
- Create tracking bug(s)
- Define milestones
- Define communication channels
- Schedule a kick-off meeting
- Update project hub with all items created above
- Communicate new initiative
