  • 2020 planning continues - Aleron in Toronto working with executive team to finalize OKRs following last week's leadership meeting


Minutes From the Last Executive Team Weekly Meeting

  • The full leadership team (executives, directors and Lainie, Janice & Solana) was in Toronto last week for a two-day 2020 planning session. Outcomes from that meeting--as well as next steps--will be shared with teams this week, as well as during the all-staff call next Monday, Dec. 16th.

  • Currently in case study stage for Director, Leadership Programs
  • In interview stage for Program Officer, Fellowships & Awards (to support new Ford Global South fellowships); Social Media Specialist and Content Marketer
