• Andrew done with phase 1 LDAP
• Web dev offsite last week so no work done
• tofumatt and ddash on other projects, not full time on mozillians
• security diagram is done
• setting up vagrant vm this week to kick tires on prototype
• back end details more complex than thought
• need to fork the libraries, ldap, other

  • creating a secure session is unanticipated but ddash will work on it.

Contract for ldap

• phase 1 is 1.0
• phase 2 training session with ops
• phase 3 advance privacy features

prototype

• eod friday vm will be ready to start up local instance of prototype

training session. who?

• 2 web dev team, 2 ops and a few on laura's team
• mid August
• Mike will talk to Corey and Laura mid July

Timeline

• vacation and others may affect July 30 launch date
• do we want to get a contractor involved?
• Get another internal developers?
• ddash will talk to Caktus about contracting for dev

Time estimate:

• Front end work is three weeks
• back end three weeks

• could get Silver Orange on it
• or tofumatt full time
• David will follow up on with SO on there availability

L10n

• were going to start this weekend
• don’t need front end to be complete but need strings frozen
• doesn’t need to look good.
• Shouldn’t be dependent on other tasks

Security and QA

• 2 weeks shouldn’t be a problem
• app should be code complete
• Security diagram is done and handed off
• Aakash will follow up with Raymond (infrasec)
