Firefox/Onboarding

Background

Between the moment when someone becomes aware of Firefox and when they use it the first few times, we have an opportunity to help cement their choice and build habits that lead to long-term use. For a long time our new user flow has been a "default" experience — the result of many small decisions instead of a comprehensive plan.

Our goal is to build an onboarding experience that allows us to address this in a holistic and systematic way.
