Firefox/Activity Stream/Mobile Sprint Planning

Sprint 1.1

Goals and Outcomes

The goal of our first sprint is to get into the groove of working on mobile Activity Stream work, discover the projects and people, but also to close some concrete bugs. There are three areas of interest for this first sprint:

• The new New Tab page for both Android and iOS - Trello Card
• General improvements to Sync to get us in better shape for things like bi-directional bookmarks
• Send Tab

Non-code outcomes

• Get familiar with the AS Team, connect to the Desktop and UX team, to Product and Project management
• Get a good feeling what these three topics mean, be prepared for the next sprint
