You can disable your add-ons one at a time until the problem goes away. If you have a lot, disable in half-batches.
You can re-enable your add-ons one at a time to find the (probably) _one_ that was crashing you. Not all add-ons are bad
You can try starting Firefox in Safe Mode http://is.gd/PCw
Did you submit Firefox crash reports? If so can you load the address about:crashes & tweet me the links. I can try to diagnose

Many Firefox Google Apps problems are from an add-on. Try disabling add-ons one by one to see which is the problem.

Gmail problem? Clear Firefox cache Tools->Clear Private data. Next try delete Google cookies Preferences->Privacy->View Cookies

Stop sites resizing your Firefox window: Options/Preferences->Content tab->Advanced button to the right of Enable JavaScript checkbox
