Debugging

What's not working for you with Firefox? Perhaps I can help.

  • You can disable your add-ons one at a time until the problem goes away. If you have a lot, disable in half-batches.
  • You can re-enable your add-ons one at a time to find the (probably) _one_ that was crashing you. Not all add-ons are bad
  • You can try starting Firefox in Safe Mode http://is.gd/PCw
  • Did you submit Firefox crash reports? If so can you load the address about:crashes & tweet me the links. I can try to diagnose
  • Sounds like you may have a Firefox extension problem You can try disabling your add-ons one at a time until the problem goes away
