• ck and cmore to talk about privacy tool and moving it over to webtools

• ck and cmore to talk about careers site and next steps - we went over this, but I don't think we've figured out who can work on it yet, though we agree it should stay in webprod (esp since it will be folded back into mozilla.org eventually)

• After confirmation, create a folder for each project a single "Projet Sheet" within the folder for the project.

• Keep all of the fields out-of-the-box fields the same, but you can add more if needed.

• Does anyone have PTO, OOO, work week, etc. that could cause a problem with any project schedules?
