- rbillings contacted marlenac re: roles on Pivotal Tracker. She opened a request ticket for us, but it has no expected fix date. She also suggested a workaround by keeping the Viewer role, and making labels for the user's name and applying them to tasks for them to complete. We would need to update the completed action for the user, but it would be a way to show they were working on things without the permissions issues we have now.

She also says 'hi' to the team & said she'll be back in our PT soon helping with tasks!

How are we doing with investigating performance testing/tools/metrics we need to measure?
