What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

I want to meet people face to face to make it easier to communicate remotely later. Also, figure out the future of Thunderbird.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

Have a lot of interesting discussions about the future of thunderbird.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

Have gotten started realizing those plans.
