What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

Volunteers and paid-staff working better together. Share and get feedback on on-boarding volunteers strategy.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

• Get solutions to the Volunteers and employees gap discussion.
• Learn how contributor engagement is handled by other European communities.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

• Get a final version of the gap document and pair solution to people in charge of them.

What I will achieve by October 7th

• Some solution should be started or close to be initiated/applied.
