What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia

For the past 6 months or so I've been actively involved with Mozilla Philippines. Primarily, I've helped with the Tagalog translation. At MozCamp, I want to meet up with other Mozilla Philippines people to figure out the next steps for the Tagalog translation and how we can get it into a Firefox Beta in the near future. This will also serve as a model for how other Philippine dialects (Bikol, Chavacano, Iloko) will make their way to Beta and Release.

If I attend MozCamp, I also intend to make a side trip to the Philippines to meet up with the larger community there and help encourage and onboard people to localization and other areas as much as I can.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)

1. Have a plan/timeline for getting the Tagalog locale into Firefox Beta, coordinated with Bob Reyes, Eusebio Barrun, and other Philippines representatives.
2. Determine whether we will be using Narro or Pootle for localization going forward.
