This module installs the release runner tool. It is generally co-located on a host that is also a Buildmaster.

The release-runner connects to other masters to reconfigure them, pushes bumps to hg, and generally does a lot of crazy stuff to make releases happen.

This module has a number of dedicated configuration parameters, as well. See modules/config/manifests/base.pp.
