Summary

This document outlines Kanbanery best practices for Web Prod projects seeking involvement from the community.

Categories

The following categories of cards should be used to denote cards that are either good first bugs or good candidates for existing contributors.

  1. Mentored - Good bugs for new contributors.
  2. Contribute - Good bugs for existing contributors.

Accounts

Once a contributor has completed (x) number of cards they should be given a kanbanery account for the specific project (and kanban badge). They can take cards with guidance from the rest of the team.

Prior to a contributor having an account, cards should be assigned to the "contributor" account.
