Productization and de-betaing

  • FF 3.5 debeta triage
  • tr is a good candidate for de-beta immediately

    • Rail will have a look at it and have it translated
  • Localizing Litmus.
    • Next meeting with Litmus team is on Tuesday, Sept. 15

Tools

  • Verbatim: past the testing stage
    • Fred updated Verbatim to the latest Pootle trunk
    • Moving Verbatim to MySQL on the backend
    • Opening to 10-20 localizers to get feedback on upcoming features
        • Verbatim: relatively little has changed so if we get localizers working on it, we need to frame it in a way that it seems like *stuff* has changed.
      • The critical feedback will then be "what do you (localizers) need? where can we focus?"
  • Signoff app
    • we have a test plan ready
    • Django site ready to gather all the various Django apps
  • MCS work
    • Google group is active and people are working there
    • End of September release
  • Silme patches coming
    • Release Silme 0.8 at the end of September
