General Discussion
- Last Cycle Collector was last week. We're at a point where things are under control and will continue to fix leaks as they are found. See: [1]

- Possibly out of date items?
- (vlad): Tree instability this week -- sheriffs have done a good job during the day, but a lot of stuff is going in late during the day that's causing massive instability (especially when people aren't available on irc). Do we want to implement a stricter checkin process?
- Stricter enforcement of requirement that you must be available on irc if you check anything in?
