    • Pike: release communication, firefox 4 beta program, testing session, dev&localizers - feedback round, L20n (Pike wants Gandalf to lead it)

  • spent a good deal of time not getting changesets removed on central, breaking the l10n server db

    • Guiding gd to completion
    • Starting ilo and mai this week/early next week
    • Restart ast this week
  • Setting up a World Expo for the Mozilla Summit
    • Working with Amie and Mary to finalize the plan, send out invites, created materials, and gather interest from our international travelers
  • Final contract in draft-version for Dimitris to work on Common Pool
    • Still hammering out some code design decisions, with Gandalf leading the analysis there
  • Test Pilot release plan created and being stepped through by Seth and Jinghua with advice of Pike
  • Mark^H^H^H^H^H^engagement team will start a monthly newsletter for en-US
    • Plan to roll it out globally by end of Q3 or Q4
    • Team (Jane and Eve) hope to have a dynamic way to localize the content and build a new community of localizers for their content
