Firefox OS Payments

• folks calling out risks to original timeline

• New dates for Pre-load apps are now in the works (being confirmed with Platform team)
• What are pre-load apps? Pre load apps are those that are on left swipe on screen 2 and 3 that the end user will see when the phone comes out of the box.
• kward will follow up with clouserw to ensure definitions/terms are well understood and consistently used

• Timeline:
  • 2012 Nov 15 – All Pre-load Apps Identified for all TEF markets
  • Nov 30 – All Pre-load Apps Submitted to Marketplace
  • Nov 30 to Dec 10 – Apps Review of submitted apps
  • Dec 10 to Jan 15 – QA and Porting Review of submitted apps
  • 2013 January 15 – Code freeze and ship to OEM
