  • HOT OFF THE PRESSES: It should be possible to host apps at github directly out of the source repo, provided they have no server-side work (i. e., client-side games, etc). Needs documentation now.

  • Imagine your at your friends' house and she just told you that you can get the new Angry Birds app in the Mozilla Market. You're really excited, so you go to download it right then and there.
  • Go to https://apps.mozillalabs.com/bin/Soup-0.1.apk from your phone and download Angry Birds.

tried to reach out to developers to chat with them about their developer preview experience, got stopped because of our privacy policy.

Engagement

Developer

- Developers can now host their apps and games on GitHub Pages after GitHub tweaked their servers to send .webapp manifest files with the correct content-type. (Thanks to Rob Hawkes)
