Marionette / CI status

• Tutorials need to be written about webAPI/emulator tests
• Get pandaboards working with B2G
• Fix some marionette bugs, starting with bug 748107
• Need to apply pressure to get emulators working

• Provide mac and linux desktop builds of b2g
