Project Foo is a project to demonstrate this template. It is going to enable us to build tools at the speed of light while remaining permanently on vacation on a tropical island. Except Jhammel, who hates tropical islands and will be vacationing in Alaska. ;)

If it's ongoing and has no deadline: Project Foo has no deadline, but we do want to get foo v0.1 released by end of Q2.

If it has a deadline: Foo must be completed by June 15 so we can be on vacation by June 20.

• We need 4 battalions of armed robots to run the automation.
• Releng will have to deploy said armed robots.

Major Tasks

Breakdown Major Tasks and estimate how long they will take

• Design the FooManChu Subsystem 40hrs
• Implement the FooManChu Subsystem for Logging 8hrs
• Implement the FoomanBaz Automatomaton 32hrs
• Find/Fix Bugs 40hrs
• Release 16hrs

Of course these are all estimates, but try to be as accurate as you can and take into account however much parallelization you can get among your team.
