structured logging -> decision: move structured stuff into default namespace, file bugs to remove old usage of mozlog from things that use it (gaiatest, reftest, mochitest, others?), then file another bug to remove old api dependent on removing old usage of mozlog
- better docs for structured logging: in particular docs on how to use it end-to-end in a test harness hooked up to (e.g.) treeherder would be useful
