If a user is being abusive, you can do the following:
- Email email@example.com giving sufficient evidence of violation of Mozilla policies or community norms.
- Mark their comments as spam using comment tags. After a specific amount of spam tags, their account will be disabled automatically.
If a user emails firstname.lastname@example.org or contacts BMO admins via other sources such as IRC, to disable their account for them.
- The user can disable their own account, if they can still login, by going to the Account Preferences page.
- Click 'Disable My Account' and follow the instructions provided.
