Bugzilla stage and stage tip were down after the move to SCL (left in a pile marked "spare"!).

Setup continues for 4.2 VM.

Discussed setting up a separate instance of Arecibo specifically for Bugzilla, since error logs have occasionally overwhelmed the main Arecibo instance, which serves several sites.

Working on Browser ID issue in which a user is logged out after a day.
