SuMo at Language schools in Universities
What: Consider giving 'a certificate' to language students who have to do practical translation work in their studies.
Motivation for students: In Macedonia (and probably other countries) students have to do 1 month of practical work at a company as part of their studies. For their effort they receive a certificate that they have to submit to university.
Reasons for Mozilla/SuMo: Since plenty of the work in SuMo is translation, students can work on translating help content and earn their practical experience while at the same time they contribute to the Mozilla project.
Spillovers: Possibility for people to decide to stay on after the month ends because they find Moziila to be a great place to contribute.
