bug 1051842: crash in childview keydown

Landed -> Backed out -> Landed again
Spawned bug 1124408 when using the password manager or LastPass plugin

bug 1110888: plugin ime broken in e10s

Doing this instead of bug 1110884 plugin ime broken in osx 10.6/7 non-e10s
Will end up kicking this to Steven if there isn’t time.

bug 1121811: flash triggering 60 fps refresh

due to plugin work, caused overheat -> freeze
   fixed with josh and benwa

bug 1075670: [e10s] event.screenX and event.screenY is wrong

Consensus (including, reluctantly, mine) is to refactor “PuppetWidget” to handle this (its much bigger than just that tho).

  • bug 1095754 (m4, plugin compositor patches) - working through reviews
  • bug 1073957 (m5, browser needs access to doc shell props for thumnbnailing code) - fixed
  • bug 1092121 (m5, windowless flash mouse input is busted) - under review. note plugin quirks (http://is.gd/UNXnbf) were not working with e10s, there might be related bugs.
  • bug 1077085 (m5, resized e10s tabs don't paint properly) - under review
  • bug 1103177 (m5, SwapWithOtherRemoteLoader doesn't work with plugins) - wip, blocked by 1095754
  • bug 1116884 (m5, crash in WaitForSingleObjectEx) - interesting crash bug, lots of signatures related to initializing plugins caused by parent aborting the child. Blocked by socorro interface bug 1110498 to get more data, although this might not give us everything we need.

  • bug 1120613 (adblock not blocking flash) - fixed, though took longer than expected
  • bug 1055508 - finally landed, bent shouldn't have any more excuses!
  • Did reviews

  • Landed the fix for 1082127
  • Currently working on 1121791 and was hoping to have a fix today, but I had made an incorrect assumption. The current plan of attack is to find the nsDocShell that owns the XUL content (for the chrome), and the nsDocShell for the content itself, and then subtract the two sizes to pad by that amount when sizing windows. It should work in theory, but I can't find where to get the nsDocShell for the content. I think I have the right one for the XUL window, but the content is proving difficult.
  • Looking at 1036682 but still can't reproduce it locally, even though mconley showed it to me crashing on his mac. I suspect it might have something to do with the NVIDIA drivers (my MBP is intel-only). I will liaise with conley some more to try and narrow it down.

Round table: moving this meeting's time to earlier in the day.
