• Joe: concerning, optimistic it is not as bad as it seems
  • most folks used very minimal implementation of manifest
  • very simple manifests still work
  • up until 2 days ago, would not have done any special install magic
• current state is ugly
  • add-on is proof-of-concept
  • dev is fast-moving right now
    • 1. fix for white-listing should land today
    • 2. installer issue was vaguely reported
    • 3. ability to do native installs on Win/Mac, not landed yet
• go/no-go call in meeting tomorrow
