• Developer Program offsite was in Toronto last week. Very successful. Some good sessions around roles (lots of help from across the organization including project management, people, product management, ...). Tuesday-Thursday were breakout sessions. Some working sessions. Some discussions on how we work. We discussed mission and KPIs.
