Saturday Evening Welcome Reception

• Location: Convention Center Gardens (please take tunnel in lobby leading you toward the Convention Center)

Breakfast

We will be eating breakfast at the hotel on the first floor in the Meson Don Cristobal room on Sunday and Monday.

Conference Venue

The Firefox OS Launch Camp will take place within the Las Americas Hotel. The conference rooms will be located on the first floor within the [] tower of the hotel.

There will also be signs located throughout the hotel guiding you in the correct location. If you have any questions - please stop by the registration desk!

Reception Desk

• Welcome/Concierge table at the hotel (branded): See Colombia Staff reception desk Hotel Las Americas Casa de Playa where a person will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Welcome/Concierge table at venue throughout the event; support desk outside of the ballroom from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with See Colombia staff people.

If you ever need support, please reach out to a See Colombia staff member. They will be wearing See Colombia polos that say 'STAFF' very clearly on the back of the shirt.

Lunch

• Saturday: Meson El Navegante

• Monday: Kiosko Cielo Mar (near the beach)

Sunday Night Dinner and Outing

We will be departing the hotel lobby at 3:45pm to go on a short tour of the Cartagena before dinner. You must be in the lobby at this time in order to join us for the tour and dinner.

Monday Night Dinner

• Location: On the beach! Please follow the signs to the party!

We kindly request that you wear white attire to the final dinner, as there will be a white dinner setting.

A Note about Safety and Security

The hotel has a first-aid room which provides care should you need it. In case of medical and health complications, See Colombia Travel team will coordinate an ambulance service for transportation to nearby hospitals. (Medihelp or Bocagrande Hospital are the closest to the Hotel).

The hotel has an emergency and evacuation plan. The entire Mozilla group will be informed of details by the person in charge.
