A visa to travel to Colombia is a requirement in all cases, apart from for citizens of the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, United States, Finland, France, Great Britain, Guatemala, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Mexico, Norway, The Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela and foreign residents of Canada and the United States. Foreigners of countries that do not need a visa when they travel to Colombia, if they travel only for tourism, may stay in the country for up to 90 days from the date of entry that is indicated on the immigration seal. This will be stamped on the passport by the official at the port of entry.

If coming from outside of Colombia, you will need the following items when entering the country:

  • Invitation letter (will be emailed to attendees)
  • Certificate of incorporation of Telefonica (will be emailed to all attendees)
  • Departure flight ticket (please print off and bring with you to the airport)
  • Passport
  • Certificate of Travel or Medical Insurance
  • Photocopies of your passport, credit cards, insurance cards (just in case you loose the originals)

Book Your Travel

Volunteers

Once you complete registration, you will be contacted by SeeColombia, who will be booking your travel to arrive on Saturday, May 25th and then departing in the evening of Monday, May 27th or the morning of Tuesday, May 28th. If you have not heard from SeeColombia by 72 hours after you register, kindly email firefox@seecolombia.travel.

All travel is booked by ProTravel.

Please Note: Only your lodging on Saturday (May 25th), Sunday (May 26th), and Monday (May 27th) night will be covered and the reservations arranged by SeeColombia.

You are authorized to arrive on either Friday evening (May 24th) or Saturday morning/afternoon (May 25th) and then depart on Tuesday (May 28th). Please note that you will not be authorized for stay for an extended period of time unless otherwise notified.
