Meeting Notes

Firefox / Fennec updates

• Updated FF and Fennec opt-ins
• Patch landed to increase locales in multi-locale build to 13 locales
• Some progress on single locale builds

Web L10n

• 3.5.6 and 3.0.16
• Major update for TB 3 and FF 3.6
• Plugin-check work is somewhat delayed
• TB 3 shipped
• Updates to Mozilla Europe and Mozilla.com

AMO

• January 5 code freeze
• L10n summary page in AMO

Productization

• Some outstanding issues for Japanese Yahoo plugin - needs update. Waiting for Dynamis to land.
• Italian sign-off pending, with new dictionary plugin
  • Suggest to Flod to remove the broken plugin for now
• Mercado Libre deal signed. We will add search codes identifying Firefox.
  • Likely to file individual bugs with patches attached

Tools

• Struggling with LDAP login on the dashboard
• Feature requests for Verbatim
• Pontoon reception was good

Testing

• Got all reports from ML-QA
  • Mixed feedback from localizers
  • Lots of reports were focused on untranslated dialogue
  • Some global settings were not set properly

Documentation

• Submitted comments for Koala 0.1.2

• Give feedback for sethb or axel or anyone else from l10n drivers who fills out a rypple form.
