Reimbursements

Reimbursement request must be submitted within 30 days after the event wraps up. Payment can be made through PayPal. The following can't be reimbursed:

• Extended stay pre or post the event
• Additional transportation cost outside the travel arrangement between airport, hotel and office
• Additional food cost outside the intended dining options.
• Other activity cost not relevant to the hackathon event
