  • Karen Scarfone has done tons (like, hundreds!) of much-needed editorial reviews. Thanks!

  • Sprints
    • July 26-27, participation was light, probably due to lack of leadership. Janet was traveling on Friday, and unable to connect on Saturday. But also, it's summer (in the Northern hemisphere), so many people are not around.
    • August 30-31, virtual-only so far.
      • Need a facilitator, since Janet will again be traveling. This means: greeting people in IRC, reminding them to use the etherpad, encouraging discussion. Any volunteers?
        • Chris Mills will cover Friday; Jean-Yves (teoli) tentatively plans to cover Saturday.
  • Outside events
    • OHM 2013, July 31 - August 4, the Netherlands. Collaboration with WebMaker on a Learn-Make-Hack-Doc workshop.
      • Janet and Ali are there now.
      • Need to have pages tagged with NeedsLiveSamples, to use at OHM. Having the pages tagged this way will make it easier to encourage people to create samples.
        • [Jean-Yves] Done for CSS but with NeedsLiveSample unfortunately. (Too many to fix them...)

[Jeremie] Quick point about Web API documentation status

  • Sheppy is working on configuring our Trello setup for tracking documentation "projects". This should be ready, with guide to using it written, by our next meeting.

New improvements

  • Can now add a comment when reverting.
  • We can now set the translation source for documents.
  • Access privileges coding is underway!
  • Work on code for our redesign is underway!

[Jean-Yves] We have tag with accented letters spontaneously appearing again. Please vote for (Voting is really important!)

[Jean-Yves] Still have the bug about kumascript not finding templates. Any progress on this one?
