On Windows Vista, most users do not have write access to C:\ Therefore, using C:\ as the example directory for log files is poor.

doc has been updated to read %appdata%\imap.log

imap logging: credentials are suppressed

while sending authorization request to imap server, I cannot see any credentials related info except this one:

-1340081296[b2196f50]: Logging suppressed for this command (it probably contained authentication information)

I have logging level enabled to 5:

~/tmp$ env|grep NSPR NSPR_LOG_MODULES=imap:5 NSPR_LOG_FILE=./thunderbird_imap.log

but this doesn't help. I would like to see username used for authorization process at least.
