Saturday, October 5, 11:30 - 1:30pm (Lunch is served at 12:30pm)

Setup

The Marketplace team secured two tables at each location, one for Add-ons and one for Apps. We have requested adjacent tables.

Table Leads

Table leads are responsible for making sure equipment, signage, swag, and staff arrive at the tables. Leads will make sure people who come to our tables have something to see, do, and someone to speak to about their topic of interest. They are responsible for making the event run smoothly.

Equipment

Table leads are responsible for ordering and/or hand-carrying equipment to their respective Summit locations. Monitors will not be available.

  • Tablets (6 total, one for each table at each location) - ordered six used tablets through Service Now (RITM0019984)
  • Phones (6 total, two for the apps table at each location) - would like six ZTE Open phones. I (Andrew) have one for Toronto; telin talked about having more for us. Lisa will give Amy two phones on Sep 25 in MV to take to Brussels. What will Bill do for phones?

Signage

Tony will design one sign for the add-ons table and one sign for the apps table. Amy will have them produced in MV for Santa Clara and Brussels, Lisa will pick them up at a Toronto Kinkos for the Toronto event. Table leads are responsible for making sure they arrive at each Summit location.

Gear

Tony is designing stickers, which will be ordered through stickermule.com.
